Memorial Gifts

Gone but never forgotten. Our loved ones will always be with us in spirit and you can make a donation in remembrance of your dearly departed loved one, with a memorial gift. Donations of any amount are welcomed.

Making a Will

You may choose to name HCA as a beneficiary of your will or residuary gift. For assistance or to draft a will, please consult a lawyer.

CPF & Insurance Policies

To nominate HCA as a beneficiary of your CPF savings, please fill up the CPF Cash Nomination Form [Form 6A(1)] which can be found on the CPF website and at any CPF branch office. You may also nominate HCA as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy via your policy nomination form.
