Active Caregiver Empowerment (ACE) Training Programme for End-of-Life Care

ACE is an extended home-based training programme that makes use of a micro-learning app, which enables caregivers of patients receiving palliative care to learn at their own time and pace. The self-learning modules are supplemented by home-based hands-on training by our nurses and monthly webinars.

The ACE micro-learning app features four main modules covering medical essentials, nursing essentials. self-care and end-of-life matters. Caregivers may select the topics most relevant to them and are not required to complete all modules. The average time required to complete all four modules is about 6 hours.

This programme is currently only open to caregivers of HCA patients. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.
