We are taking steps to ensure that our team can continue to provide care to you and support your family, while ensuring the safety of everyone.
Our Day Hospice services remain open with reduced places based on advice from the Ministry of Health. For patients who have fever 37.5 degrees and above, we advise them to stay at home.
For our Home Hospice services, the frequency of our visits is likely to reduce. However, we would like to assure you that our team remains contactable via telephone. We will assess your needs and provide advice over the phone. We will also ask a few questions related to the health status of all family members, if we plan to visit. Home visits will be made where we assess the situation to be critical.
If you need medical advice after office hours, please call our 24/7 helpline. Our team will be available only for telephone consultation.
If you need advice on care and financial support or would like to talk to someone about your worries, our medical social workers and counsellor are available to lend a listening ear and provide the support you need over the phone.
Our equipment loan service remains available. Please contact your nurse or social worker if you need any help to support your care at home.
As the current situation is evolving, these measures may be changed, as and when required by the Ministry of Health. This will enable us to continue supporting our patients and families even if the current situation worsens.
We hope that you and your loved ones continue to keep well and safe while we strive to do our best. We thank you for your understanding.
