Walk With Me is a charity walk organised by HCA Hospice to normalise and raise awareness of palliative and end-of-life care through creating good days. This meaningful event reflects the very heart of HCA – journeying with patients and their family throughout the final chapter of life with comfort and dignity.

The walk is inclusive and suited for individuals of different physical abilities, including children, seniors and those on wheelchairs. It is also pet-friendly, so bring your furry friends along!

Choose from:
• 6km Physical Walk (19 October) + 60km Virtual Walk (1 August to 18 October)
• 60km Virtual Walk Only (1 August to 18 October)

6km Physical Walk
During the Physical Walk, participants will enjoy the scenic views of the downtown waterfront. The first 1,800 Physical Walk participants get an exclusive event pack which includes a Walk With Me 2025 T-shirt, a drawstring backpack, a running bib, as well as specially curated goodies and walk essentials. Participants of the Physical Walk will also be able to take part in the Virtual Walk at no additional cost.

60km Virtual Walk
From 1 Aug to 18 Oct, you may also participate in the Virtual Walk at no charge. Walk in your own time and at your own pace. As you gain more steps to every milestone distance, you’ll unlock inspiring stories that celebrate your progress and connect you with the lives you make an impact on. At each milestone, you will receive a commemorative eMedal as a symbol of your meaningful contribution.

Boost your impact
• Rally your friends, family and colleagues to form a contingent
• All participants are encouraged to set up individual or group team fundraising pages to amplify your efforts
• You can also opt to donate as a participant or perform a peer-to-peer donation to support someone’s walk
• Attractive prizes await the top three individual and team fundraisers, as well as the three largest contingents for the Physical Walk!
• As you walk, share your progress on your social media pages and tag HCA using #HCAWalkWithMe #CreatingGoodDays
