Palliative Care Nurse

What You Will Do

You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families. You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.

Who You Are

State Registered Nurse with a valid Practising Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with at least 3 years of working experience
Experience in Oncology or Palliative Care will be an advantage
Nurses with paediatric experience are also welcome to apply
Multi-tasker who is passionate about providing holistic care for patients in their home environment
Highly independent and reliable, and able to make clinical judgements in a home-care setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with interacting with people in all walks of life
Ability to speak English, Malay and/or Mandarin as there is a need to communicate with Malay/Chinese-speaking patients
Computer literate
