Nursing Aide

What You Will Do

You are responsible for caring for patients with stable end-of-life condition in the Day Hospice Centre. You will perform direct care duties including basic nursing care, attend to patients’ hygiene & grooming, monitor vital signs and patients’ safety, perform simple wound dressing under supervision, assist with feeding, participate in activities and support some administrative duties.

Who You Are

Minimum GCE “N” levels and have completed Patient Care Assistant/Nursing Aide course or equivalent
Mature, caring and responsible with working experience in taking of the sick and the elderly
Able to organise and participate in patients’ activities at the Day Hospice Centre
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of basic computer skills is essential for simple administrative duties
