Each ‘Gift Your Birthday’ campaign is an online fundraiser, to enable more terminally ill patients to receive care and support in the comfort of their homes, at no charge. ‘Gift Your Birthday’ in three simple steps:
  • Create a personalised online donation page here.
  • Click ‘Fundraise Now’ and set a target.
  • Share your page with your network and collect donations in lieu of gifts.

Inspired by the stories of unconditional love and personal sacrifices by family members of our young patients, Dr Caroline Lim decided to dedicate her 48th birthday to HCA and raised over $9,000 for our patients.
Celebrating 80 years of Ah Gong's Life

In memory of her late Ah Gong (grandfather), who was our patient, Shu Huan dedicated this fundraiser, to what would have been his 82nd birthday. She hopes more terminally ill patients can receive care in the comfort of their homes, just like her Ah Gong did.
