Snr/ Assistant, Administration

What You Will Do

  • Performs general administrative duties and provides customer support to internal and external customers
  • Assists with procurement of goods and services
  • Maintains office supplies such as pantry and stationery inventory
  • Manages pantry and stationery inventory
  • Maintains proper organization of filing system, storage of documentation and information
  • Covers reception counter duties if needed
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Who You Are

  • Minimum O Level
  • IT-savvy and proficient in using MS Office
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent as well as a team player

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
