What You Will Do
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the pharmacy operations in HCA. He or She ensures adherence to the policies and procedures for issuance, safekeeping and record keeping of controlled and non-controlled medical supplies. The main duties are as below:
- Order medical supplies, pack and arrange delivery to satellite offices, manage their inventory level and monitor their expiry date
- Source for suppliers to procure pharmaceutical items and new drug
- Perform pharmacy related administrative duties like maintaining Pharmacy system records and generating regular reports
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
