Carer's Network

When someone we love has a life-limiting illness, relationships with family members and friends are put to the test as we struggle to find the best care for our loved ones. This period can be both difficult and frustrating for caregivers.

HCA set up the Carer's Network, a support group dedicated to helping caregivers to better cope and manage their emotions. We believe that it is always more comforting to talk to people who share similar experiences like ours. We draw strength from others and we can support one another through this trying period.

HCA runs three programmes, tailored for different caregiver groups, namely a support group for current caregivers, bereavement support for caregivers whose loved ones have passed away and a support group for children.
