At HCA Hospice Care, we rely on the financial support of donors to supplement the funding we receive from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).

Please be informed that tax deduction receipts are by default not automatically issued for donations of less than $50. If you wish to receive tax deduction receipts for donations of less than $50, please state so in the donation form and one will be issued to you.

NOTICE ON TAX DEDUCTIONS THROUGH DONATIONS

All Tax Deductions Claims From Jan 2011 Require Tax Reference Numbers

From 1 January 2011, all individuals and organisations that make donations must provide their appropriate tax reference numbers (e.g NRIC/FIN/UEN) to us, in order to be given tax deductions.

This allows automatic tax deductions to be made for you without having to file for it.

***You will be able to claim tax deductions only if you provide a tax reference number***

If you choose to remain anonymous or do not wish to claim tax deduction, you do not need to provide tax reference numbers.

Please ensure that all tax reference numbers given to us are valid and accurate at the time of donation.
