Calling all golfers and non- golfers!
HCA Hospice Care invites you to a charity golf tournament on Thursday, 14 August 2008 at the Raffles Country Club. Our Patron, Minister Lim Boon Heng will be the Guest of Honour at the event.
Make a difference to the lives of over 3,000 patients with life-limiting illnesses whom we care for each year.
Please help us and do your bit for charity by:
- Sponsoring a flight (from $2,000 -$30,000)
- Making a donation in cash or cheque, one–off or on- going (via your credit card)
- Sponsoring door gifts or lucky draw prizes
